- Verification: While we strive to maintain an up-to-date list, it’s crucial to verify your specific medical aid coverage with both your medical aid provider and our centre before your appointment. This will help avoid any unexpected out-of-pocket expenses.
- Pre-authorization: Some procedures may require pre-authorization from your medical aid society. Our staff can assist you with this process, to obtain any necessary pre-authorization before your examination.
- Co-payments and Shortfalls: Depending on your specific plan, there may be co-payments or shortfalls for certain procedures. Our staff will inform you of any potential out-of-pocket expenses before your examination.
- International Medical Aid: If you have international medical aid, please contact our billing department well in advance of your appointment to discuss coverage and payment options. International medical aid often requires specific procedures and documentation.
